First, I have been a loyal Google customer since the Pixel 2. Almost a year ago I upgraded my Pixel 5 to a Pixel 7 Pro. I sent Google my Pixel 5 phone back to them upon receiving the Pixel 7 because I got a trade in deal. Flash forward to today: I looked at my Google Fi phone bill and realized I was being charged two device insurance plans for $8: one for the Pixel 7 Pro (my current phone), and one for the Pixel 5 which I traded in nearly a year ago. After further investigation, I realized they have been charging me this additional $8 for 9 months. I called Google Fi explaining that I was charged twice and that I wanted a refund for the 9 months of Pixel 5 insurance they have been charging me. They refused to refund me. Flat out refused to refund explaining that this was an automated process. In fact, it's clearly not an automated process. When one trades in their device, that device plan and all it's associated fees are null and void. Apparently, not at Google Fi. I switched from Apple to Google a decade ago, and I've loved Google's services. But this business practice is extremely shady--they stole my money. I am headed to the Apple Store to get back to the iPhone. I'm appalled by this business practice and Google's response.

Quiet. And at a bare minimum amount of floor staff. They don't greet unless you are really looking. This staffer near door was more interested in talking with security guard. Good to look at floor models. If you know your G devices, you don't have to go to store. Buy online.

not sure if this is the right part of google but I am starting to get sick if google as a whole. google business has done nothing but give mr the run around with no way to contact the right somebody. I have bee at the same thing for 2 weeks no with no resolve. frustrating is not even the word.

Google is extremely low in my book right now. I tried to register an ads account so that I can market my business and they suspended me on the very first day. It's been 9 days and I still have not heard anything. Everyday I'm losing money I'm not happy right now get back to me please so I can remove this review.
